Your child’s instructor is here waiting for you at your scheduled time and making sure your class is the best possible environment for your swimmer, so we do not encourage makeups! However, we also care about the health of our swimmers – so if your child is sick, please do not bring your child. If you must miss a class, please see the following guidelines specific to your child’s session:
1. Once payment has been received, you are committed to that payment period. We do not provide partial refunds for withdrawing in the middle of a payment period.
