Celebrate Your Birthday with Swim Waco 
Has you child always wanted a swim party but his/her birthday is not in the summer? Or wanting a stress-free birthday party where kids can have fun in a safe environment and you don’t have to clean your home? Swim Waco birthday parties include plenty of time to swim with 2 lifeguards, a reserved party area for celebrating, and help from our team so you can enjoy the party too.
P.S. – we highly encourage parents to get in the pool with their kids!
All Parties Include:
- + Supervision and party assistance from 2 lifeguards
- + Set-up and clean-up
- + Tables and chairs in a sectioned-off area of the lobby for cake, presents, and celebrating, with solid-colored tablecloths to coordinate with your party theme (6 colors to choose from)
- + 1 popsicle per guest
- + A free Swim Waco T-shirt for the birthday kid
- + A $25 Swim Waco gift certificate for every child who is not currently enrolled, good toward their first month’s tuition

Swim Waco members receive $25 off any party package!
*Swimmers under 5 ft will have to pass a swim test or either have a parent in the water with them or wear a life-jacket.
Party Options

Private Party — $450
Enjoy the entire pool reserved just for your party!
Up to 60 swimmers (30 kids) included. Additional swimmers are $8 each. If you expect more than 40 swimmers, please let us know in advance so we can schedule an additional lifeguard.
Semi-Private Party — $325
Your party will share the pool with our Open Swim families.
Up to 30 swimmers (15 kids) included. Additional swimmers are $8 each. If you expect more than 40 swimmers, please let us know in advance so we can plan appropriate lifeguard coverage. Parties with more than 40 swimmers will have three lifeguards.
Small Party — $250
Available on select dates during Open/Family Swim.
Up to 20 swimmers (10 kids) included. Your group enjoys the pool alongside other Open Swim families; no portion of the pool is sectioned off exclusively for the party.
