DETAILS:
Who: Parents, grandparents, neighbors, etc. of a swim student
What type of pool: Medium to large sized in-ground pool
Where: Waco, Hewitt, Woodway, Lorena, China Spring, Bellmead, etc. (any of the surrounding areas that are not too far out). Homes need to be on a residential street – nothing super busy.
When: Host a 2-week session OR host 1 day/week for 10 weeks
We’re at most pools for 5-8 hrs / day in fairly normal ‘working hours.’
Weekly Dates: May 30 – Aug 9 (no class July 4 or 5)Fast Track Session Dates
Summer 1: May 13-23 (Mon-Th both weeks)
Summer 2: May 27-June 6 (Tues-Fri Week 1; Mon-Thurs Week 2)
Summer 3: June 10-20 (Mon-Th both weeks)
Summer 4: June 24-July 3 (Mon-Fri Week 1; Mon-Weds Week 2)
Summer 5: July 8-18 (Mon-Th both weeks)
Summer 6: July 22-Aug 1 (Mon-Th both weeks)
(If there’s bad weather we might need to do makeup classes on a Friday.)
Why: Not only do you get free swimming lessons for up to 4 children (family members of the host) at your own pool, but you’ll also provide a space for kids around our city to learn a crucial life-long skill.Interested?
