Withdrawal Agreement

1. 1. Once payment has been received, you are committed to that payment period. We do not provide partial refunds for withdrawing in the middle of a payment period.
2. 2. You must notify us at least 14 days before the next payment date in order to not be charged for the remaining lessons. (Payment dates can be found on this calendar)
3. 3. If you are withdrawing at a future date, more than 2 weeks, we can prorate you for the specific number of lessons your child will receive.
4. 4. I understand that make-ups from previous absences are forfeited when I withdraw and will not carry over to re-enrollment.
